Refund policy

If you would like to return an item, for any reason, we are committed to offering a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our products, and we typically offer returns within 30 days of your purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at ranny@irockbrook.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Here are some restrictions on returns and exchanges:

  • Some discounted products are not returnable (please consult us about this discount policy before purchasing discounted products)
  • The product's hangtag and the original packaging should be intact
  • The product should be kept brand new and unused
  • We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

To initiate a return request, please follow these steps:

  1. Find your order number and contact us at the bottom right corner of the page or send it to us at ranny@irockbrook.com
  2. If you choose to send to email, please include a full description of the product you wish to return and the reason for the return in your email
  3. We will respond to you as soon as possible (usually within 24 working hours) and assist you with the return operation
  4. Return the product according to the courier label provided, we will refund the amount to your account after receiving and checking the product

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
