Payment Term:

  1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment options: 

- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.) 

- PayPal 

- Bank Transfer (For B2B/large orders only; please contact support) 

- Local Payment Methods (e.g., Alipay, WeChat Pay available in select regions) 

 

  1. Currency

- All transactions are processed in USD (or your default currency). 

- For payments in other currencies, the exchange rate is determined by your payment provider (e.g., PayPal, Stripe). 

 

  1. Payment Timing

- Orders must be paid within 24 hours; unpaid orders will be automatically canceled. 

- Custom-made or bulk orders may require a 50% deposit, with the balance due before shipment. 

 

  1. Order Confirmation

- A payment confirmation email (with invoice) will be sent upon successful payment. 

- If payment fails, please verify your card details or contact your bank. 

 

  1. Refunds & Disputes

- Refunds follow our Refund Policy, typically processed within 714 business days. 

- For payment disputes, contact us within 30 days with transaction proof. 

 

  1. Security & Privacy

- All payments are secured via SSL encryption; we do not store your card details. 

- Third-party processors (e.g., PayPal, Stripe) are subject to their own policies. 

 

  1. Liability

- We are not liable for payment delays/failures caused by banks, technical issues, or force majeure but will assist in resolution.
