ROCKBROOK BX1031 Large Roof Box – Car Vehicle Top Cargo Storage

The ROCKBROOK BX1031 is a premium large roof box designed for car and vehicle top cargo storage. Whether you drive an SUV, truck, or sedan with roof rails, this aluminum rooftop cargo box gives you extra space for camping gear, luggage, tools, or outdoor equipment. Built from high-strength aluminum alloy, it offers a perfect balance of lightweight construction and heavy-duty durability.

Two Capacity Options for Different Needs

Choose between 90L and 110L sizes. The 110L model is ideal for long road trips, overlanding, and family vacations, storing everything from sleeping bags to cooking gear. The 90L version fits daily commuters who also enjoy weekend adventures – it easily holds chairs, backpacks, and sports equipment while allowing you to enter standard garages.

Stronger and Lighter Than Traditional Roof Boxes

The BX1031 uses 1.5mm aluminum alloy for the body and a reinforced 2.5mm aluminum top cover. Compared to rotomolded plastic boxes, aluminum provides higher rigidity with less weight. A single person can lift and mount this roof box without struggle. The lighter weight also reduces fuel consumption and puts less stress on your vehicle's roof rack.

Exceptional Load Capacity

The top cover supports up to 200kg (440 lbs). You can stand on it, sit on it, or use it as a temporary platform for a camping stove or work surface. Inside, the box holds up to 100kg of cargo. This makes the ROCKBROOK BX1031 one of the strongest large roof boxes in its class.

IP67 Waterproof and Dustproof Protection

Rated IP65 to IP67, this car top cargo box keeps your belongings completely dry during heavy rain, car washes, or even temporary immersion. Dust and sand are also sealed out, making it reliable for desert trails or muddy roads. Your electronics, clothes, and gear stay clean and safe.

Dual Anti-Theft Security System

Security is critical for any vehicle roof storage. The BX1031 includes two independent locks. The box latches have key locks with dust covers to prevent sand from jamming the mechanism. The quick-release mounts also feature separate locks. Once locked, the entire roof box cannot be removed from your vehicle without the key. Park with confidence anywhere.

Quick and Easy Installation

The included quick-release brackets fit most factory and aftermarket roof racks. No special tools are required. One person can install or remove the box in just a few minutes. When not in use, store the box in your garage and keep your car sleek for daily driving.

Built-In Protective Linings

The upper and lower black foam linings come standard. They absorb vibration and prevent scratches and impact damage to your cargo, even on rough unpaved roads. Cameras, laptops, and fragile items stay cushioned.

Integrated Carry Handles

Seamless, ergonomic handles are built into the box. They are comfortable to grip and strong enough for lifting and positioning the cargo box. These handles will not crack or loosen over time.

Modular Expansion Options

The lid has pre-drilled mounting holes compatible with ROCKBROOK MOLLE pouches and metal MOLLE panels (sold separately). Attach water bottles, tools, flashlights, or small accessories externally for quick access without taking up interior space.
